Last night my kids were marveling at the punishment being endured by Josiah. Keep up the good work buddy, but know you are not alone. Bailey reminded me of a punishment she received when she was 8.

I was apparently weary of her disobedience so I handed my eight year old a full sized concordances and highlighet all the entries with "obey". On my way out the door and out of town I instructed her that she couldn't do anything else until she copied every verse in the bible that used the word obey (248). Lee Ann really enjoyed enforcing that one. I guess the point was made. Bailey still remembers it. Grace.
