Happy Birthday Bailey!

I know it is only the 24th here but across the pond it is the 25th and my baby girl is turning 20! I just got off of Skype with Bailey and she spent today in London and saw Wicked tonight...it was about 1:30 am and she had just walked in when she called. Bailey I just want you to know that I couldn't be more proud of you. You love Jesus and people, you are independent, confident, smart and incredibly beautiful...how did your dad and I get so lucky? Thank you for making me a mom and thank you for being who you are. I am missing you a lot today but I love that you are experiencing so many wonderful things and blessing people as you go. You are a gift to our family and I love you so much!

Bailey, Happy Birthday!! Feliz Aniversario!! and Cherio(?). Whatever do they say in England to express good wishes to a loved one? Whatever it is I would like to say it with a great big exclamation mark. Love you a lot and am so very proud of you. You add much joy to many lives and I am pleased to be one of them. God bless you on this very special day. Love you, Grandpa

It is a long way from Oklahoma City to Oxford - twenty years, I would guess.

Happy Birthday, Bailey!! I love this picture of you - happy and gorgeous! We enjoy getting Bailey updates from your mom - hope you loved Wicked and had a fun time in London - wow!
Can't believe that my mom and I babysat you about 20 years ago. It's been a blessing to watch you grow up and live life - you are precious! Love you!

OK,Bailey. It is your birthday now in the South Pacific. I have a feeling it is already tomorrow where you are. But, we are sailing between Bora Bora and Roratonga (Cook Islands) and it is morning on the 25th. Later this week we completely lose a day when we cross the international date line. I am thinking about you and loving you and celebrating the day God made me a grandmother by placing you in my life. I couldn't be prouder. Hope you had a great BD. It is Sunday and we are on our way to the worship service. Days at sea are always my favorites. Love you soooo much. Grandma
