How Pregnancy Feels

1st time: I can't believe I'm pregnant!
Response: Hooray!

2nd time: Wow, I really can get pregnant!
Response: How amazing!

3rd time: I'm pregnant again.
Response: Oh, was this planned?

4th time: I've spent a big part of my adult life pregnant.
Response: You do know how to avoid this, don't you?

5th time: I'm always pregnant. This has to stop eventually.
Response: So how many kids do you plan to have? Aren't you about done?

6th time: (I have no idea--Mom?)

Always miraculous, never the same as the last. Babies are amazing.
