Better Together

I haven't posted in a while so I thought I would share a few things. This weekend we will wrap up our Better Together campaign at GCR. As the campaign director, I have had the opportunity to be right in the middle of most of what has taken place and it has been incredible. God has done some amazing things all through our church. One of the most significant things has been that many of the Life Groups have had their eyes opened to the world around them. The service projects that most of the groups took on blessed the lives of hundreds of people in and out of our church. The singles class on Sunday morning spent the entire bible class time recounting story after story of how different groups had served them by doing things at their homes. I am so proud of our church! I pray that this is the beginning of some even greater things in the area of service and caring for the poor and needy.
