The highlight of the day in Moorea occurred after we had officially set sail. The captain said he wanted to take us in this little lagoon where "South Pacific" was filmed as well as "Mutiny on the Bounty" with Marlon Brando. The sun was just setting and it was beautiful. Just as we stepped out on the top deck, they began to play the music, "Bali Hai" and other music from South Pacific. It was breathtaking. (Most on this ship were old enough to recognize the music immediately. :)) I kept wondering how the captain was going to get us back out again...
