Thursday thoughts
I just looked at the blog and nobody has posted in a couple of days so I thought I would. Here at GCR we have a couple of things coming up. It looks like we are going to try to send a team to Thailand from here to do basic cleanup. I wish I could go, but I don't think it will work out. Maybe Cary should. We are also getting ready for a team from Stadia (the church planting group) coming for an assessment lab. We are hosting the event to help 4 different couples determine if they are called to plant churches. It's really pretty exciting.
Ben, do you have anything to report from your time at NCYM?
Bailey's birthday is coming up in just 19 days. Do you all remember when she was born? Doesn't seem that long ago. Grace.

I always identify the beginnings of my relationship with Holly to the day Bailey was born. It is hard to believe she is going to be 16 years old. I hope the rest of the grandkids are as wonderful as Bailey at age 16.
I get a little teary (ok a lot) thinking about her being 16. She is an incredible blessing to us...I continue to pray God's protection over her...seems even more urgent now that she is almost driving. Alan I remember meeting Holly in the bathroom at Wyatt's before Sing Song when Bailey was about 2 weeks old and I went to nurse her during dinner. You and Stephen had so many people praying about her delivery that everywhere we went that weekend we met someone who already knew about Bailey.
What do you call it when your wife steals your blog identity and then wonders why you haven't posted anything on the blog:-)? Tod, can you invite me to post again -- the previous link is expired. Until then, I've created a blog called "Ben Wall Family" -- see www.benwallfamily.blogspot.com/
